Fixed Term Opportunity in AHSCP

​Would you be interested in supporting a team to develop and implement a new 'Hospital at Home' service?

If so, you may be interested in the current vacancy of Continuous Improvement Officer, based at Woodhill House, Aberdeen, within the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP). 

The 'Hospital at Home' service will be dedicated to frail older people being discharged from acute hospital care throughout Aberdeenshire, therefore, knowledge of care pathways in both hospital and community settings would be beneficial.

The appointment would be provided on a fixed term basis for a period not exceeding 31^st March, 2022.  If you would like to apply for this role on a secondment basis, please ensure you seek approval from your current line manager in the first instance.
