The guidance takes you to a short Aldo course which will walk you through the Corporate Charging Framework, including what to consider when applying it and how to calculate charges for your services. 

It also provides a link to a Fees and Charges Calculator which can be used to work out the cost of the service to be charged out to ensure full cost recovery. 

This training is recommended for all officers involved in developing fees and charges for any services.
