Chocolate Casting Workshop

Scotland’s earliest silver arrived with the Roman army and had a lasting impact on local society, quickly becoming associated with prestige and power.

Join us at this family-friendly event to learn all about how silver is cast, using chocolate!  Make your own beautiful design inspired by the Early Silver exhibition and take away your edible treat.

This event is included in the admission price, but you must book in advance to attend.

Children must be accompanied by an adult, but accompanying adults do not require a ticket.

When booking your place, please include:

  • The date you would like to attend and whether you would prefer the morning or afternoon session,
  • The number of spaces you'd like to reserve,
