Licences will come into effect on the date specified on the licence. Vehicle licences will have effect up until the expiry date of the original vehicle licence.
The application fee is £246.00 for a 1 year licence or £463.50 for a 3 year licence.
Please note that if you would like to change from a one year vehicle licence to a three year vehicle licence you will need to apply for grant rather than a renewal, as it is a different licence type.
