- You have read guidance notes (pdf 179KB) and fully considered the requirements of the scheme
- Your household’s gross annual income must be in the region of £48,000 or less
- You have proof of all income, bank or building society accounts, savings and capital
- You understand that all applicants must disclose all debts and creditors in the application including other outstanding debts, and judgements, inhibitions, etc., have been issued against them
- If you are a home owner, you understand that the property you own will need to be sold before you can purchase a property under this scheme
- You will provide supporting documents as part of the application; if there are any documents that you don't have available yet, you can add them later after completing your submission
- You understand that the council will be the sole judge of your eligibility
