To start the bulky uplift form you need to confirm that the following statements are true:

  • By clicking on the checkbox, you agree that in the event of an invalid application you will not receive a refund
  • When you select an available date for collection, this will be held for 60 minutes to allow you to complete this application and make payment. If you fail to do so within this time, the slot will be released for others to book.
  • Once bookings are completed and paid for, items cannot be ammended or added. Only items that have been selected during the booking process will be uplifted.
  • If benefit details are found to have been used fraudulently, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be reimbursed the amount already paid.
  • Items should be left at the end of the driveway/front of your house for uplift by 7am on the scheduled collection day. We will not collect items from inside properties or outbuildings. We cannot assist in the preparation of items for uplift.

Site visit This will require a site visit from a waste officer on behalf of the Council to determine whether we can uplift your items and provide a price for doing so. A date for uplift cannot be arranged until after the visit has taken place.
