You can search for what upgrades are planned for your home as part of the Housing Improvement Programme (HIP). The search results are accurate at the date the works programmes for each year are finalised, but are not updated if any works are added or removed. Year 4 works will start in stages throughout 2022, as Year 3 works are finished. Year 4 works, the final HIP year, have now been added to the search.
