'Take 5' video clip from our Inclusion, Equity and Wellbeing Team highlights how our thoughts affect the way we feel

Our Inclusion, Equity and Wellbeing team would like to share with you another of our 'Take 5' videos and this time we are drawing on some ideas from cognitive behavioural therapy to think about how our thoughts affect how we feel and how we behave. 

Sometimes our thoughts can influence our feelings and behaviours in unhelpful ways, but it can really make a positive difference to our wellbeing if we make a conscious effort to notice and influence the connection between our thoughts, moods and actions.
