Work to replace electric vehicle charging points underway

Work is currently ongoing to replace a number of electric vehicle charging points in Aberdeenshire with new machines.

The following charging points are out of service at the moment:

Ellon: Station Road (library car park.)

Huntly: Market Muir

Inverurie: Burn Lane (The free car parking section at the north end of the car park. The charger being replaced is the one at the southern end of the row. The other charging points will be working normally.)

Inverurie: Gordon House

Peterhead: Buchan House

Turriff: High Street (near the back of Turriff Academy.)

Stonehaven: Market Square

It is anticipated that the work will be complete by Friday, April 26. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You can find an alternative charge point by visiting http://chargeplacesscotland.org.uk

The council will provide a further update on the work to install new charge points along the A947 once a schedule has been finalised.
