Aberdeenshire Council reopens Service Points at Banff Fraserburgh and Huntly

From tomorrow (Wednesday Sept 16), Aberdeenshire Council will be reopening its Service Points in Banff, Fraserburgh and Huntly.

As with Inverurie and Peterhead, these Service Points will be open on a part-time basis only from 8.45am to 1pm.

No appointments will be required to visit any of the five Service Points and advisors will deal with a full range of enquiries.

To support the new arrangements, customers visiting a service point are still being asked to:

• Ensure they adhere to 2 customers in the Service Point at any given time
• If 2 customers are already in the Service Point on arrival, please wait until 1 leaves before entering
• Wear a mask (sanitising stations will be available)
• Follow all floor markings, signs, and instructions during the visit

To register a birth, marriage or death, or to discuss marriage or civil partnership, please call the Registration service. Please visit www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/registrars for contact details.

Payments for a range of council services can be made online by visiting www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/pay/

Police Scotland services continue to be available via the new out of hours public counter and intercom system to the left of the main entrance of Buchan House.
