Rescue Hall

Description:

The Rescue Hall in Peterhead has a function room suitable for hire for a range of activities such as weddings, private functions, fitness classes, dance classes, meetings, panto’s & craft fairs. During the first world war it was used as an Auxiliary Hospital and has been used as a venue for bands such as The Beatles who performed at the hall in April 1960.

Facilities Details:

Main Hall, Stage, Upper Hall & Committee Room and a kitchen with two electric kettles, grill oven, electric cooker, microwave and fridge. The hall has the following equipment available; Committee Room: 4 plastic folding tables, 20 blue stacking chairs, table tennis table, small square table. Stage Area: 14 Aluminium folding tables. Under Stage: 82 Blue stacking chairs. Main Hall: 70 Blue stacking chairs, 4 Aluminium folding tables.

Peterhead Canine Club, Church Groups, Cardiac Rehab Exercise classes, Zumba Classes, Soccer Dreams, Highland Dancing Classes, Kairos Church Group , Peterhead Community Theatre, Creative Stars Christmas Craft Sessions

Disabled Access:

Disabled access is through the main front door of the hall, there is no disabled access to the upper hall.

Parking:

There is no dedicated parking available, however street parking is available.
