Farmstead still in use. On the 1st edition OS map it is shown as consisting of a C-shaped steading, with the court open to the south, with enclosures to the east and south-east and three smaller buildings. Two of the buildings are rectangular, located to the north-west and south-west of the steading. There is also a compact L-shaped building to the west of the steading. By the 2nd edition OS map the building to the north-west of the steading has been removed. The 2006 map shows that the L-shaped building to the west is disused and that the remaining two buildings are still in use. In July 2008, a small worked stone was found at this site. It has been worked into a circular disc shape, circa 28 mm in diameter and circa 7 mm in depth, with a small cup like depression in its centre on one face. It was handed in by the finder to Meffan Museum, Forfar for identification.
