Details Site of a road bridge over the River Isla, built in the 17th century or earlier. It had two semi-circular arches with a central cut-water carried up to refuges and no parapets, and was 10 feet (3 metres) wide. It was by-passed by the building of a new bridge to the south (NO24NE0017) in 1855. When visited by RCAHMS in 2002 it was inaccessible and in a very dangerous condition. Now removed.
