Details Remains of a bridge. The Old Bridge of Dean has two semi circular arches with a central cut water carried up to refuges. It is 2.74m wide with its east parapet corbelled while the west has inset medieval stones. It dates to circa 17th century, the north arch being rebuilt late in the 19th century. The north span has been broken, apparently by blasting. The road now runs on the replacement bridge to the west.
