Details Cropmarks of a probable palisaded homestead with souterrain on the crest of a low hill 450m east of Dillavaird steading. It is oval, measuring about 25m by 20m internally with an entrance on the east-southeast. There is an outer palisade trench on all sides except the south-east, and around the north half of the interior there is a ditch set about 1.5m within the inner palisade trench. Recorded by CUCAP (exact date not recorded at NMRS and RCAHMS from 1988 onwards.
