Details Coach house and steading, dating from circa 1880, located to the north of the site of Balruddery House (NO33SW0109), designed by Charles Edward and Thomas Saunders Robertson. Two-storey, rectangular-plan, classically-detailed coach house/steading, which has been converted into two residential units in 1992. Constructed of snecked and random rubble, with ashlar dressings, louvred and margined occuli, a wallhead course and with the gables formed as open pediments. The slated roof has coped skews and a corniced stack.
