House, dated 1903, attributed to Patrick Thoms and William Wilkie. Single-storey and attic, rectangular-plan, Arts and Crafts-style house, made L-plan by a single-storey service wing. Harled exterior with a bull-faced rubble base course, ashlar dressings and a slate roof. Multi-pane sash and case windows, with plate glass replacements to the attic. Coped stacks with terracotta cans. Rubble boundary walls to the north and west.
