A bronze socketed spearhead, found near the Dean Water before 1882 and was formerly in the collection of a Mr Bell of Dungannon. It was initially classified by Coles as a Late Bronze Age Type III, but later reclassified by him as an Early Bronze Age spearhead of his Class B. Later it was further reclassified by Gerloff as of Arreton type. The spearhead has a solid kite-shaped blade, with a keeled midrib, flanked by hollows, inside which are faint grooves bordered by pointille ornament. There are two loops on the socket, which are also decorated. Now in NMAS.
