Former mill house, in residential use. It was built in the 18th century, and is associated with Auld Mill to the south-east (NO34NE0048). It is shown on the 1st edition OS map with recessed bays at each end of the south-east elevation. On the 2nd edition OS map, the southern bay is no longer recessed. It is a two-storey, three-bay house, with a single-storey wing on the north-east end. It is constructed from coursed rubble with painted margins. There is a small modern porch to the centre bay on the south-east elevation. There are coped ashlar stacks on a slate roof.
