Details Gateway and lodge, formerly known as North Lodge, dated circa 1820. Large semi-circular arched gateway in grey ashlar, with decorative cast iron gates, flanking pedestrian arched gateways with gates, flanking screens and single-storey octagonal Tudor gothic lodges either side. Forms the north entrance way to Cortachy Castle (NO35NE0001) and is shown as North Lodge on both the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps.
