Lodge, still in use, built in circa 1822, and within the designed landscape around Balnaboth House (NO36NW0062). It is a small single-story lodge house with a semi-octagonal porch on the South-Western elevation. It is constructed from rubble, with a carved facia board and piended slate roofs. There is a timber lean-to on the South-East end elevation, which is not shown on the 1st or 2nd edition OS maps.
