Former Manse, now used as a dwelling. There is a date of 1816 on a lintel, and the building has later additions and alterations. It is depicted on the OS maps from the (circa 1846) 1st edition OS map onwards. The building is a two-storey harled structure, with slate roofs and attic dormers. It is roughly rectangular, oriented East/West, with a single bay piended roof addition to the West of the North elevation. It shares a driveway with Kirkton of Clova Cottage (NO37SW0011) to the North. The former manse is also known as Brandyburn House.
