Details An archaeological evaluation was undertaken prior to development in January 2006. Eight trenches were excavated. The presence of bunds, building materials, tree cover and the unexpected discovery of an undergound service all hindered operations. The only discovery was part of a brick pathway, possibly relating to the formal gardens visible on the 1857 1st edition OS map.
