Details Cropmarks of a fort, recorded by the RCAHMS in 1982 and subsequently in 1983, 1988 and 2001. The fort is D-shaped, its western edge is defined by the adjacent Craigmill Burn, and it consists of two concentric ramparts, the ditches of which measure about 2m (outer) and 4m (inner) wide, enclosing an area some 100m across.
