Details Road bridge, still in use. It was constructed in circa 1854, and is depicted on the 1st edition OS map (1861) onwards. It is oriented East/West, and formed part of the Eastern driveway to Aldbar Castle (NO55NE0009), which was demolished in circa 1966. The bridge is constructed from rubble, and has a single segmental arch with alternate raised voussoirs. There is a wrought iron railing on the Northern side. The site is also known as Auldbar.
