Farmstead still in use. Marked on the 1st edition OS map (circa 1846) as Westertown of Dunlappie. The farm is shown as consisting of a wide C-shaped steading with the partially infilled court open to the southwest and having a horse-mill attached to the northeast front. There are three outbuildings within the partially wooded grounds, two of these lie over 180 m to the southwest. A pond is also shown. By the 2nd edition OS map (circa 1888) the horse-mill has been removed, the steading has been further extended and four more outbuildings and a mill dam are shown. The outbuilding to the southeast has been removed. The 2006 OS edition map shows that the five outbuildings have been removed and their site built upon with a modern building. Two other outbuildings are shown as disused and the pond has been drained, but its site has not been redeveloped. There are three bee-boles within the garden.
