Details Standing stone, circa 1.5m in height. Several cists, one of which contained an urn, were found nearby some time before the 1850s. The stone slumped in 1991 and fell over in 2018. Archaeological investigation and monitoring was carried out by CFA Archaeology in October 2018 during works to re-erect the stone. A small trench centred on the stone socket/setting was excavated, revealing a linear ditch below the stone, although given the level of bioturbation the relationship between the stone and the ditch could not be ascertained. No other features or artefacts were recorded.
