Details	Former leather works which is shown on the OS 2nd edition and later maps. The 2006 map shows that it has been extended northwards. This former leather works was in use as a light industrial unit (fancy goods) when visited and photographed by RCAHMS on 6 March 1996. Some further photographic recording was carried out in 2017 ahead of demolition.
