Probable remains of a barrow. A mutilated turf covered mound of earth and few stones, situated in a wood. It is truncated on the northwest by a road, on the southeast by a terraced track, and has also been quarried. It now stands circa 4m high and measures circa 26m north-northeast to south-southwest overall which may be the original diameter, by circa 20m transversely. A denuded bank circa 2m wide, lying immediately outside the south arc, does not follow the curve of the mound and may be a later plantation dyke.
