Details Cropmark of a probable unenclosed settlement, recorded by CUCAP in 1955 and by the RCAHMS from 1977 onwards. Two ring-ditches, along with two crescentic cropmarks, a possible souterrain and several short linear features, some of which may be souterrain-like structures (such as one at NO 6156 6651), were noted during summer aerial reconnaissance in 1983. The ring-ditches have internal diameters of 17m and 13m respectively, and both have two entrances. The area is overlain with rig and furrow cultivation, also visible as crop marks.
