Cottage is post 1867. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with lean-to pavilions, porch and late 19th century addition to rear, sited on north facing hill. Harled. The Kennels are Later 19th century. Single storey, L-plan kennels. Rubble with squared and ashlar dressings, harl-pointing and limewashed boundaries to runs. The cottage and Kennels form a good example of provision for sport in the 19th century estate. The cottage is traditional in form, symmetrical in its evolution, well-detailed and supported by the large high quality Kennel blocks as surviving ancillaries.
