Details An oval-shaped, unfinished hillfort lies on a ridge overlooking the Muir of Dinnet. The earthworks are clearest in the east and for almost the whole of the northern circuit. The perimeter is much less easily traced around the steeper south side. It appears as though the fort had been abandoned at an early stage. On the west side a track cuts over the rampart. Trees were planted over the fort but now only the northern edge has conifers planted over it.
