Settlement and field system, comprising hut-circles, enclosures, boundary walls and holllow ways. There are two hut circles 15m and 17m in diameter, with entrances in the east. Both have a low stony mound placed eccentrically within gives the impression of disc barrows but these may be due to later mutilation. The field system is denoted by substantial field banks and large clearance heaps. OS (1968) concluded that the alleged hut circles at NJ 4741 0082 and NJ 4746 0095 are simply hollowed stone clearance heaps and that the alleged double chambered hut circle at NJ 4781 0088 in a pasture field is a low knoll covered with modern field clearance. Hollow-ways, circa 4.50m-6m wide, between flanking stone banks are associated tracks.
