Cropmarks within two fields recorded by aerial photography, which may range in date from prehistoric to medieval. Photographs taken in 1992 and 1996 show a number of possible square barrows, ring-ditches, pits and other indeterminate cropmarks, these mainly evident in the north-eastern field and the eastern part of the southern field. There are also features of geomorphological origin. Aerial survey by HES in 2018 has recorded additional features, including on the west side of the southern field: NJ42NE0256 (pits, souterrains), NJ42NE0257 (possible square barrows), NJ42NE0258 (possible palisaded enclosure), NJ42NE0259 (possible sunken floored building) and NJ42NE0260 (circular feature), These photographs also show and features of indeterminate origin in the central southern part of the field (NJ4943026337.) and cropmarks of possible rig and furrow in the southwest part of the field.
