Remains of chapel and site of a well, as depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. It was said to be the site of a monastic foundation of the Celtic St Moluag. The ruins contained 13th century architectural detail and remains of four possibly later plain crosses. By the time of the OS site visit 1967 all that remained of the chapel were the footings, circa 10m by 5.5m and standing 0.3m high, situated within a rectangular enclosure. The four crosses could not be found and there was no trace of the well.
