Details Farmstead still in use. On the 1st edition OS map it is shown as a group of seven buildings with a small pond to the north-west. This pond has a sluice and a substantial mill lade which extends to the north west to the slopes of Norry Hill through the woodland at Westfolds along the east side of Both Hill. By the 2nd edition OS map one of the buildings has been removed. The 2006 map shows that four of the buildings, in modified condition, are still in use. The pond is not shown, but its site is not redeveloped. Sections of the lade are still shown.
