Remains of stone built enclosures, possibly cattle pens of possible medieval date, reported by C Christie. RCAHMS site visit in 1996 found no trace of any pens, although recorded remains of rig and furrow cultivation in a narrow east-west strip (NJ51NE0256). The rigs are aligned north-south and are circa 7m in breadth. They probably represent the truncated remains of a larger plot which originally extended into the improved field to the south.
