Details Farmstead still in use. It is depicted on the OS map of map of 1867 as having a U-plan steading with open court to the east. A corn mill and pond lay to the north with a lade running past the east side of the farm from the burn to the east. Two other buildings lie to the south of the steading. The farm remains the same on the 1888 edition but the mill and pond appear to have gone although the lade survives. Today the steading court has been built over with later structures. The original lade is now no longer evident to the southeast of the farm.
