Details Possible hill fort on the summit of the hill comprising an oval enclosure with possible bank to southeast. RCAHMS visit 2002 found no trace of a fort or enclosure on Craig Hill. It was noted that the ground falls away gradually to the north and east, and that a number of terraces roughly along the line of the 290m and 300m contour are natural features. On the south and west the ground drops more steeply, RCAHMS recorded a thin spread of modern field clearance heaps.
