Farmstead, still in use, with a B-listed farmhouse, possibly built at the same time as Cushnie House in either 1688 or 1707. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as a U-plan steading with seven associated buildings, including an L-plan building to the south with an attached garden enclosure. On the 2nd edition OS map the steading has been partially removed, leaving an L-plan steading building with some small sections remaining on the site of the rest of the building. The buildings to the north and east have all been removed, leaving the L-plan building to the south and a rectangular building to the south-west. The farmhouse (building to the south-west) is two-storey and three-window, with stone dormer heads at the first floor, and is constructed from harl-pointed rubble. There is a single-storey west wing. The interior was reconstructed in 1973. At that date a stone with the Coat of Arms of Alexander Lumsden of Cushnie (b. 1645 d. 1714) was found.
