Estate building, now in residential use, built in the 17th to early 18th century with Druminnor Castle designed landscape (NJ52NW0066). It is a single-storey and attic, rectangular-plan building, with a lower single-storey portion, and is constructed from split boulder rubble with pinnings and has straight skews with skewputts. Stairs in the eastern portion lead to a small vaulted chamber and tunnel, possibly belonging to an earlier building, but not yet completely excavated.
