Details House, built 1824, and depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps on which it is named Upper Pirriesmill. Single storey, built of square heathen stone with granite dressings and margins, cherry cocked. The north elevation has 2-windows and centre door with railed steps. There are two dormers at the rear.
