Cup and ring marked stone. It is a whinstone stone with circa 80 cups, five of which are oval and 17 are cup and ring in groups of four. Scotland's Rock Art Project recorded a total of 72 cup marks on the boulder, which measures 4.3m by 3.5m, and maximum height 1.3m. The cup marks are mainly on the three principal raised area of rock. A group of 10 in the northeast area included two cups with single rings and one cup with a single ring and radial, the ringed cups being the largest (diameter 8cm and maximum depth 2.5cm). A larger group of motifs to the north of a deep natural hollow includes two cups with possible rings.
