Details Pictish Symbol Stone Class I. Symbols of an eagle above a beast. Found face down circa 30cm below the surface. Beneath the foot of the stone were circa 20 stones which originally supported it. The stone was originally moved to Dykehead before being moved to Little Craigherbs, Whitehills, Banff (NJ652 647). It was then propped against a house wall at Thriepland, Whitehills (NJ 6307 6450). The stone is now in Marischal Museum. Geophysical survey in this area in 2012 (NJ54NW0110) found no features associated with the stone
