House, now also in commercial use, built in the mid to later 19th century. It is a two-storey, narrow symmetrical three-bay building, with a squared and coursed grey granite frontage and mixed red and grey granite rubble return gables and rear wing, with tooled granite dressings. The frontage has a centre door and flanking windows, three regularly spaced first floor windows and a blocked eaves cornice. The slate roofs have coped end stacks. The ground floor is utilised as a shop premises.
