House, now also in use as a shop, built in circa 1830 with later 19th century additions. It is a two-storey, five-bay building, which was formerly two dwellings, with a rear wing. The frontage is of tooled square granite, with a rubble return gable and painted reveals. The panelled doors have letterbox fanlights, the first floor has three regularly spaced windows and there are two later 19th century canted, slate-hung dormers. The slate roof has coped end stacks and a cast-iron rooflight.
