Former warehouse, built in the mid 18th century. It is a three-storey, wide irregular four-bay building, with the second floor partly in the attic. It is harled with sandstone ashlar margins, with worn chamfers. A forestair in the centre of the long east elevation serves the first floor, and there are three ground-floor windows that retain shutters as originally intended. At the north-east is a small, unusual angle window, and there are small second floor lights close to the wallhead. The slate roof has cast-iron rooflights and deep copes to the end stacks. There is also a tall wallhead stack to the centre of the west elevation.
