Possible former tollhouse, now in residential use, built in circa 1830. It is a single-storey cottage over a raised basement with a canted north gable, and is constructed from rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The shallow piended platform slate roof has projecting eaves and coped wallhead stacks. The centre recessed entrance is approached by steps, and there is a centre raised ground floor window in the canted gable and single smaller windows in each of the three faces of the raised basement.
