Remains of a small farmstead. The OS 1st edition map shows an L-shaped building forming two sides of a court walled on its southeast and northeast sides. By the time of the 2nd edition map the central part of the south wing appears to be unroofed, but a new building has been added to the south resulting in a Z-plan, and a further building added to the north. Visited by RCAHMS in 1998. The best-preserved building, probably a byre, contains three compartments and measures 23m from northwest to southeast by 5.1m transversely over walls 0.6m in thickness and up to 1.8m in height. The building immediately northwest was probably a cottage but is incomplete and that to the southeast is now largely obscured by field-gathered stones. The latter was probably a barn and a horse-engine platform is visible adjacent to its northeast side.
