Details Recumbent stone circle originally comprised of 13 stones but now only the recumbent, the southeast flanker, the base of the northwest flanker, five erect stones and one prostrate remain. A kerb can be traced circa 2 m within the ring of monoliths except in the west where it has been ploughed out. According to Dalrymple there were two inner concentric circles giving a tiered effect, 21 m and 19.50 m in diameter, but there is now no trace of these. The outer circle was faced with stones up to 45 cm high. A grave in the centre was paved with small boulders on which a small quantity of burnt bones and fragments of urn were found.
